Q2: What is Light guide plate (LGP)? A2: The function of the light guide plate (LGP) is to convert light entering from the side into uniform front-facing illumination.
       It needs to be paired with a light diffuser plate and a light reflector film to ensure optimal lighting and light uniformity.

Q3: What is T/T and H/Z in %? A3: T/T means light transmittance
      H/Z means Haze performance.
      
      The higher the T/T%, the better the light transmittance; the lower the T/T%, the better led hotspots hiding performance.

Q2: Can I order the film cut to size? A2:  Yes, we can cut the film according to your required dimensions.
       For irregular shapes, an additional cutting tool fee will apply.

Q3: Can I order the film in a roll? A3:  Yes, it is possible. For example, 1250 mm x 150 Meters.
       We can also slit the film into rolls with specified widths.

Q4: Can the film have adhesive applied on the back? A4:  Yes.

5. Lead Time, Shipping & Packing 

Q1: What shipping methods can I choose from? A1: by Air, Sea and Train

Q2: How long does order preparation take ? A2:  If in stock: 1~2 weeks.
       If out of stock: 3~4 weeks.

Q3: How do you pack the goods? A3:  Our packaging process is as follows:
       1. Place corrugated paper on the wooden pallet.
       2. Stack the sheets on the pallet, then wrap and secure them with PE stretch film.
       3. Use corner boards and strapping to reinforce the goods and ensure they are securely fixed to the pallet.

6. Maintenance 

Q1: What should I do before assembling? A1: - Wear clean working gloves (especially when assembling light guide plate).
      - Remove the protective film from the sheets.
      - Clean the sheets with an air gun.

Q2: Does light diffuser plate has a direction? A2: The pattern side of light diffuser plate should face outward.

Q3: What is the recommended storage environment? A3:  -Store in a dry place, avoiding moisture and direct sunlight.
       -Optionally, cover the pallet with a black protective film.
